Parents/guardians of children enrolled at Palestine Center for Special Education may request deletion of their account and their child's data at any time, using the form above or by emailing info@palestine-center.org with "Data deletion request" in the subject line.

What is deleted: the parent account and login credentials; the child's profile data (name, age, class, service type); educational, therapeutic and behavioral reports and follow-up notes; and photos or activity clips linked to the child in the app.

What may be retained: administrative or accounting records the center is legally or professionally required to keep. We tell you which records remain, why, and for how long.

Timeline: receipt confirmed within 7 working days; deletion completed within a maximum of 30 days from identity verification. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
